Senior Advocacy, Legislation & Regulation helps preserve the rights of seniors.  We follow legislative efforts that affect the seniors.

Health Care is a highly regulated industry.  Lobbyist promote their interests.  As a result, changes to regulation threatens to reduce choices for seniors.  Indeed, Legislation helps ensure minimum standards of care.  Each group needs a voice at the table.  Certainly, all sides should be heard and considered.  Individual rights and advocacy is needed to protect seniors choices.

National Agencies, such as, NCAL, work to support senior issues in Assisted Livings.  Community based options are also advocated for.  Positive efforts that affect seniors & the disabled are supported.
