Think about joining an arthritis support group. Friends and family members who don’t struggle with arthritis may have a difficult time comprehending specifically what you are going through and how much it influences your life. Connecting with other arthritis victims in a supportive environment can make it simpler to cope with the chronic, day to day pain and other problems associated with the disease.  A residential care home is another good supportive care option.

 

Stretching and light exercise help range of motion for arthritis sufferers

Exercising should be an everyday activity to keeping your arthritis symptoms under control. You can avoid injuries just by investing 10 minutes a day extending all your major muscle groups. These stretches heat up for your muscles and tendons making them less most likely to sustain an injury.
